Grace Talberg

Director of Human Resources & Accounting

In her role as Director of Human Resources and Accounting, Grace oversees the ongoing development and implementation of employee benefits, performance management, policy compliance, employee relations, employee recognition, and legal compliance. Grace also is responsible for preparing financial reports that track the company's assets, liabilities, profits and losses, and other related financial activities.

Grace completed her International Studies at Chapman University. Outside work, she enjoys connecting with people, spending time with her family and traveling.

Grace's favorite educator was her high school choir teacher, Sister Lucia, who had the voice of an angel and the perfect balance of strictness and kindness.
