| Congratulations! AAE Awards Scholarships to California Charter School Teachers |

This week, AAE is pleased to recognize the dedicated California charter school educators who were awarded scholarships to attend the 19th annual California Charter Schools Conference later this month. The conference will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center, February 27- March 1, 2012, and is hailed as the exclusive charter school professional event of the year. This scholarship covers the registration fee for the conference (a $300 value). This year, the conference will feature premier workshops and sessions with topics ranging from advocacy to developing a culture of accountability. AAE will be exhibiting at the conference so come by our booth if you will be attending the conference. We congratulate the following teachers on being selected to receive scholarships:
Don't forget, AAE provides teachers across the country with scholarship and grant opportunities, regardless of membership status. Apply online or by mail to receive up to $500 for professional development or classroom materials. Be sure to mark your calendar for the spring date: March 1, 2012.
