Human Resources Manager

As Human Resource Manager, Juliana Holland oversees employee benefits, performance management, policy compliance, employee relations, employee recognition, legal compliance, and payroll.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with minors in Human Resources and Psychology, from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Juliana built a career dedicated to supporting employees and fostering positive workplace experiences. She is a SHRM-certified professional with HR experience in the nonprofit, manufacturing, and hospitality industries, giving her a diverse and well-rounded perspective on human resources.

Outside of work, Juliana enjoys lifting weights, visiting Walt Disney World as an annual passholder, and spending quality time with her family, boyfriend, and two orange cats, Saint Jude and Prince.

Juliana’s favorite teacher and biggest inspiration is her mom, Joann, who dedicated more than 35 years to education as an English teacher, assistant principal, and principal before retiring in 2021. Watching her mom lead with kindness, integrity, dedication, and genuine care for others inspired Juliana to carry those same values into her own career, where she strives to create a positive and supportive workplace for every employee.
