Association of American Educators Celebrates #LoveTeaching Week 2022

Mission Viejo, CA – The Association of American Educators (AAE), a national nonunion, professional association serving educators in all fifty states, announces its participation in the national awareness event #LoveTeaching Week. This annual online celebration of the education profession occurs every February, kicking off on Valentine’s Day and runs through February 21, 2022. This event takes full advantage of social media channels for posting and sharing individual educator stories, pictures, and messages of why they love teaching, the lives they have touched, and why they continue to teach even in the midst of a divisive political environment and through ongoing pandemic-related challenges.

AAE has been a proud national partner with #LoveTeaching Week since its beginning in 2015 because the broad-reaching conversation that illuminates and celebrates why teachers enter and remain in the field of education is best told by educators themselves.

“Our members and all professional educators share a commitment and a mission to serve their students; to not only educate them, but to provide role models and inspirations for the endless possibilities their futures hold for them,” said AAE Executive Director Colin Sharkey. “This week quite simply is about shining a spotlight on the many successes that our highly trained and talented educators achieve every day of the year.”
